Mindful Yoga met Internationale docent Adam Ballenger
Come check out our International Yoga Teacher guest Adam Ballenger. Adam not only teaches around the world in Asia, Central, North and South America and occasionally in Europe, he is also a fun loving family guy with over 25 years of yoga experience and is working his way through Graduate School studying Kinesiology and Human Movement. During his visit you can expect a bounty of great knowledge and some really good practice. Come and use your mindfulness to learn about your body and discover techniques for a "sustainable flow" with yoga asana.
Although these workshops are heavily based in the science of anatomy and kinesiology, it is all geared towards how the human body has developed and as it relates to the muscles, bones, joints and fascia, what is dharmic for the body. This takes the nature of science and helps use practice part of our nature of being.
I invite deep contemplation, questioning, inquiry, focus and playfulness and hope you will to. This can be one of the most fun and insightful weekends of yoga practice and being conscious partners to the body we embody.
